I had started a new role and had been working remotely about 4 months before the pandemic. So I had a bit of a head start in what to get used to. In saying that, like many of the participants I also struggle sometimes with productivity. I think it’s all about finding what works best for you as the same thing won’t work for everyone. I tried doing the Pomodoro technique but found it difficult to maintain with having meetings popping up. At the moment I’m taking a longer lunch as I found I was struggling to get back into work again after lunch and that I was always insanely productive between 4–6pm. Would love to know what other people are trying to increase their productivity.
